Coaching for Students

Are you dealing with homework battles, last-minute scrambles, forgotten assignments, or stress around organization? Many students with ADHD or executive functioning challenges struggle to juggle academics, extracurriculars, and social life. Coaching helps students understand their ADHD, identify strengths, and build practical skills. This self-awareness grows confidence and carries into every part of life.

I work with students on strategies to:

  • Prioritize assignments and tasks

  • Stay focused and organized

  • Improve study skills and test prep

  • Advocate for themselves and access the right supports

  • Build balance with friendships, activities, exercise, nutrition, and stress, not just academics
