Meet Megan
ADHD & Executive Function Specialist
I'm an ADHD/Executive Function Specialist with training in ICF-certified coaching and neurodivergence. I bring a unique blend of coaching and hands-on support to help people with ADHD, executive function challenges, or simply too much on their plate.

With a background in education, nonprofit management, and small business operations, I understand both the big-picture demands and the everyday details that can lead to overwhelm. I’ve seen how ADHD can both fuel success and create real obstacles.

My path to this work began when I sought support for my own child. That experience sparked a deep interest in executive function coaching. I'm a graduate of JST Coaching and Training’s premiere ADHD program ‘Empowering Students Through Coaching,” an ICF-accredited course designed specifically for coaching neurodivergent students. Since then, I’ve worked with teens and adults, helping them identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and develop tools and strategies that fit their unique brains and lives.

My Approach
After a free introductory session, I typically meet with clients once a week, with regular check-ins between sessions as needed.

My approach is strengths-based and solution-focused. I believe that every client is creative and resourceful, and the expert on his or her life. I will listen, encourage new ways of thinking, provide accountability, and celebrate success. Together we can develop ways for you to harness the power of your ADHD instead of working against it, and find ways for you to be successful at home, work, or school.
